A native of Illinois, Helen first fell in love with Chicago when she visited the city as a child. A former commodity  trader, Helen wanted a career where she could build relationships with people and have satisfaction with her work at the end of the day. Real estate was the answer.

When she is not working with or on behalf of her clients, Helen is writing her first novel -- a mystery set on a farm in 1930's Illinois. Helen loves the Joffrey Ballet and the Lyric Opera. She is a passionate advocate for the care and well-being of animals.
