Helen is a consummate professional who exceeded our expectations in every respect both in selling our beloved home of 32 years and in purchasing a new home. She provided insightful advice and counsel on staging our house, presenting it for sale and pricing it fairly and advantageously. Of special note is the utterly gorgeous online video and print brochure she produced and marketed that, we are certain, was instrumental in drawing numerous prospective buyers to open houses and private showings. Most significantly, she sold our condo at close to the asking price in three weeks while our neighbor's very similar condo has been on the market for eight months!
